What People Say About Us

I apologize for the delay in sharing my experience. Settling into a new home can be quite hectic! I just have to say, WOW! The moving crew of five was incredibly efficient and speedy! In just two hours, our entire move was completed perfectly. They expertly wrapped our couches and TVs, ensuring everything was protected. The team leader was attentive to quality and encouraged the crew to ask about the placement of items and maintain a clean work area. It was great to see how well everyone was doing even without the reminders. I was feeling quite stressed from the unexpected move, but this team made it so much easier for us. Everyone was professional and kind throughout the process. I was especially impressed when someone found a necklace that had been accidentally overlooked and handed it to my boyfriend to ensure it didn’t get lost. That level of integrity is truly commendable. We will definitely recommend your services to all our friends and family. Thank you so much for everything! You all are amazing!

The entire moving process was much easier than we anticipated thanks to Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping. After accumulating over 25 years of belongings, we did our best to pack what we could. However, on moving day, we realized there were still many items left to pack. Fortunately, the skilled crew made everything go even smoother than we could have imagined. They wrapped the items we hadn’t packed and added extra protection to several pieces. When the team arrived at our new home, nearly 500 miles away, they efficiently moved our belongings in and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. They reassembled anything that needed to be taken apart for the move, carefully unpacked our most delicate items, cleaned up all the packing materials, and left promptly. The crew was truly exceptional—clean, courteous, hardworking, and professional. We're still unpacking boxes, and we haven’t found anything damaged or scratched. If we ever need to move again, we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The car arrived as it was supposed to, however the coordination of everything was very frazzled, I prefer to work with one person, the driver, however in this instance I was working with a scheduler, the driver, and his girlfriend… nobody knew what anyone else was doing and the pickup got screwed up.. in the end it was fine though..

Always using this resource for reviews, I found that these guys were a good try for my moving today. And I was right, Den and Sam were excellent, fast and cautious with the furniture and all the rest of things to move from my 2nd floor to a 1st floor…Thanks again and to Den I appreciate your services in so short notice…Great Service.

Overall the experience was very good. Communication with the transport driver was easy, he spoke fluent English and understood verbal conversation fast. Didn't have to communicate via text))) His estimated delivery time wasn't changed, and to his credit, there was severe weather involved. Upon delivery, the vehicle arrived with no apparent damage. He worked efficiently to unload the vehicle and was done, gone. Off to the next delivery. Thank you!

Sooooo glad this worked out. My first time shipping a car and I was worried about choosing the wrong company. Flat price was awesome!! They explained things a few times so i would fully understand the whole process and my options. They were patient, courteous and the driver was great about getting back to me when I was thinking "dude where's my car" I was thinking this was going to be tricky and the thought of my car getting scratched kept replaying in my head but it arrived in looking pristine!

I'll never forget their crew. They did a great deal of things for me. Movers followed all my instructions especially when it came to my piano. It has a great history and it's too important for me. Fortunately, guys did a great job and saved it. I'm endlessly grateful for that.

The 3-mover crew was courteous, efficient and amazingly fast. I truly do not know how they did what they did in the time they did it. We could not have been happier. We have a move coming up in the fall, and will definitely contact these movers, and request the same crew.

They arrived a little bit early. Movers were very professional and they were very quick. I mean those guys were strong. They were picking up everything and putting it away I hardly turned around and it was all gone. Then when they got to the storage place they packed it in quickly and it was just in and out. I was surprised. They were all neatly dressed had their uniforms on. Guys were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We recently moved across the country. Bob and his team moved us out, and Ian, Andrew, and Paul moved us in. Everyone involved did a phenomenal job – they were on-time, navigated the (many) stairs without complaint, and got a huge armorer down from our 3rd floor apartment and up to our new 4th floor apartment. Additionally, Jack was very helpful in coordinating our move. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I scouted different movers and prices were very high or the companies had poor track records. However, these guys offered both a competitive rate and had good reviews. So I hired them and I am glad I did because they did a great job and stuck to their word. Den, an office rep, was very helpful.

Great moving experience! They moved me easily across country and with no extra charges. I wanna express special thanks to all the crew, they were perfect and there's no other word to describe these movers. Well-organized, hard-working and fast. Thanks for saving my belongings.

I've hired this moving service twice now and will be using them again in the future. Movers are efficient and professional. I didn't have any problems with them moving my furniture. In addition, they also helped me to get rid of heavy/bulky furniture pieces that I no longer needed. Guys were very patient with me moving around furniture pieces.

We had an excellent experience with these guys during our interstate move. They were extremely considerate, and kept us in the loop during the entire process. This is the second time we have used this moving company, and we were very satisfied with their stellar service and professionalism. Will definitely use their services again during our next move.

I must say the move exceeded my expectations. I thought that it would be about 5 days before my vehicle reached its destination but I must say I was surprised that the same day I signed the paper work I received a call from one of your representatives stating that the vehicle would be picked up the next day between 1-2pm. I received a call from the driver the next morning making sure that I was aware of the time that he would be at my home to pick up the vehicle. He was there at 2pm as promised, loaded the vehicle and told me it would be delivered the next day around 2pm. Again as promised my daughter called me at 1pm to say the car had been delivered. The entire process was professional done and the staff is amazing. For a move that I thought would take 5 days to deliver only took 24 hours. I will definitely recommend Flat Price Auto Transport to my friends and family. You Guys Rock!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our second time moving with them, and we have been equally satisfied with both experiences. From the initial sales process to the day-of moving crew to the team that follows up and handles any questions / issues, guys are professional, responsive, and customer-friendly. This experience is in complete contrast to other moving companies that I had used in the past, so they really stands out in their industry. Jeff was our concierge for both moves and is extremely responsive and helpful with whatever questions arise in preparing for the move. Andrew was our foreman on this second move, and he successfully led the four-person team to a smooth and efficient move. Thanks!

It was refreshing to deal with a company that wasn't full of a bunch of sales hounds. I did what most everyone does when making a decision. I gave my self options. I called a few different places to compare and contrast. I was just gathering info, not trying to book right away. Well all of these places saved my # in their call log and would repeatedly call me daily. Flat price was very relaxed and easy going from the start and never called repeatedly after I said I would get back to them. Because they weren't so eager it gave me the impression that people were already using the service so an extra job for them wouldn't make or break their week. Yup! I booked with them. It was about a 5 day wait period before they could ship my vehicle to south Florida. Vehicle arrived in 3 days after they came and picked it up. It looked as good as new when it arrived. They cleaned it for me too.

Undeniably, this was the most impressive experience I've ever had with a moving service. I initiated my search for moving assistance online and was flooded with responses from various businesses nationwide. Regrettably, many of their strategies were exactly what one is advised to steer clear of when dealing with potentially unscrupulous movers and prevalent scams. I decided to opt for a local moving service instead. My search led me to a particular mover that immediately caught my eye. Upon contacting them, I was connected with a representative who instantly made me feel at ease. Her professionalism and understanding were a testament to the quality of the company. We coordinated on multiple occasions, and she was incredibly supportive when I felt overwhelmed with packing and considered postponing or cancelling the move. She even generously offered to assist with packing! She also proposed alternative dates, always eager to assist in any way she could. With the help of some friends, I managed to stick to the original moving schedule. On the day of the move, the moving truck arrived promptly after I received a notification of its departure. Now, I must admit, I have an abundance of possessions! After a quick evaluation, the movers got down to business. Their expertise in moving was evident in how efficiently they transported my belongings, packed them neatly in the truck and secured them safely. Despite the sweltering heat and the sheer volume of items, they maintained their professionalism and dedication. Despite their physical stature, their determination was unwavering and they successfully completed the task at hand. Initially, I was apprehensive about potential hiccups along the way, but my worries were unfounded. They were adaptable and prepared for any eventuality, ensuring a seamless moving experience that exceeded my expectations. If you're planning a move, do yourself a favor and give them a call. Just remember to give them an accurate estimate of your belongings, as I ended up having more than I initially thought, but they persevered until the job was done. I can't thank these guys enough for their exceptional service.

What can I say about Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping? Their exceptional service started with moving a piano for us, doing a fantastic job that eliminated any stress from having to figure it all out. When we had a long-distance move, they truly outshined. Among our last four relocations, they were undoubtedly the easiest and best to work with. They were the only service provider that we approached for estimates, who took the time to survey our belongings. They offered us invaluable advice, provided us with wardrobes, and facilitated the smoothest move to our new place, with an efficient pick-up and next-day drop-off service. They've been nothing but accommodating, addressing all our concerns and ensuring the safe delivery of our possessions without a hitch. As they say, you get what you pay for. They provided us with top-tier service and made this move the most hassle-free and straightforward we've ever experienced. A job well done!

We recently hired a moving company twice, once to relocate furniture from one home to our rental property, and again to transfer furniture and household goods from two storage facilities to our rental. Each move was executed flawlessly. The team arrived punctually, equipped with all necessary tools. The movers were highly professional, cordial, and respectful. They demonstrated expert knowledge in handling items to prevent any damages, and made sure to wrap and pad items as needed. Their efficiency was commendable, finishing the jobs quicker than anticipated both times. The cost of their service was significantly less than estimates provided by other established moving companies, and from past experiences, their workers are of a higher standard. Once the moves were completed, they conducted a thorough walkthrough to ensure our satisfaction, which we indeed were. Not a single item was damaged, and the property was left in pristine condition. They surpassed all our expectations and we would highly recommend their services.

The flat price moving and auto shipping trailer was an excellent option for loading, storing, and delivering our household items during our move. The communication regarding some details could have been clearer. While the information about trailer delivery and locking was included in the package, it could have been explained better. Additionally, it wasn't clearly stated that the trailer would travel over 600 miles through two distribution points to cover just 200 miles to the final destination. It was also nice to know that we could add more items to the trailer if there was extra space when going between distribution points. Although these details weren’t highlighted during the booking process, everything went smoothly as planned. The delivery of the trailer was communicated effectively through various methods, and the distribution and delivery centers were fantastic to work with. The truck drivers were friendly and easy to collaborate with. I would definitely recommend this method and company, but be sure to read the fine print.

I've relied on this particular moving company on three separate occasions. The first time I used their services was after a no-show from a couple of guys from a different firm whose truck broke down. I reached out to this moving company, and they managed to assist me the following day. Even when I contacted them a week before my most recent move, they were able to fit me in their schedule. Their pricing is clear and straightforward. They provide you with the hourly rate, minimum hours required, and the travel expenses. If you have additional items that need packing, they can provide boxes, but if everything is already packed, there won't be any material charges. I had a delicate item that they carefully packed in a leftover box from a previous move at no extra cost. I did require a few more boxes, for which I was charged a nominal fee. The two movers they sent were a pleasure to work with. They were not only funny and personable but also professional and proficient in their work. One mover was more experienced and was guiding the other, coaching him in a very professional way, which was nice to see. Upon reaching my new residence in Louis, the movers were very accommodating about where I wanted to place my items. After we finished moving items inside, I let my dogs out, and the movers had to go back in. They were excellent with my dogs, treating them kindly but also not exciting them too much. Whether they were naturally good with dogs or had been trained by the company, I appreciated their demeanor. I've moved several times in the past and used to depend on colleagues and rented trucks. However, it's much more convenient to utilize a professional moving company. While moving yourself might be cheaper, the stress-free experience of having your belongings handled with care and no breakages makes the cost worth it. Arranging the move was a breeze, and the communication was excellent, even during weekends. They were transparent about the costs and advised me that moving on a Monday would be less expensive than a Sunday. If they were only interested in making money, they could have scheduled me for Sunday, but they were honest and suggested I move on Monday to save money. I therefore scheduled for Monday. In conclusion, this moving company is honest, professional, and employs top-notch movers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping for my move from Louis. They did an excellent job, just like the last time I hired them for my previous relocation. Now that everything is settled, I wish I could give a 10-star rating! I'm incredibly thankful for this amazing company and their fantastic team! The technician was very helpful and attentive to all my needs while coordinating the move. They jumped right in and loaded the truck in warm weather with the rest of the crew. The team in Louis was wonderful—very nice and impressively efficient. They drove the truck up and unloaded both my office and home the next morning. It was truly a stellar experience. They were always considerate and responsive to my questions and requirements. Having worked with various organizations throughout my life, I can easily recognize a positive corporate environment, and it’s clear that there is one here! The price was also great! I'm grateful to everyone at Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping for truly embodying their slogan, 'Moving the community forward!' Every aspect of my experience with them was fantastic. The crew was clear in their communication and very skilled at their jobs. They worked seamlessly together, which is a pleasure to see and a sign of a great workplace. Not only were they respectful and helpful, but they also showed kindness, which truly matters in today's world! Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable, knowing that everything was in steady and secure hands!

Recently, I transitioned from a large 3500 square foot residence with a fully finished 1800 square foot basement to a more modest 1375 square foot house. Having relocated five times in the past three decades, I can confidently say that this has been the smoothest move we've ever experienced. Our home was filled with sizeable furniture and delicate items such as statues and porcelain pots. However, the team, led by a professional technician, managed to move everything without causing any damage to our belongings or the structure of either property. They were courteous, thorough, and efficient. Before committing to the move, I asked for three estimates. This moving company offered the best value and had the most glowing recommendations. I was also pleased to find that the final cost was very close to their initial quote. We are highly satisfied with the service this moving company provided. It was obvious that the team members got along well; they were constantly chatting and joking around with each other. This was a refreshing change from previous moves, where team dynamics had been less than ideal. The positive atmosphere created by the team made what is usually a stressful process, an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. The team not only executed the move but also took care of the packing. The experience of moving in Louis was made so much smoother and pleasant thanks to their expertise and professionalism.

I was initially unsure about hiring movers since it was my first time and I didn't really know what to expect. The team members assigned to my move were incredibly professional and supportive. They showed up right on time and immediately began assessing everything in my apartment, preparing my furniture for transport. They handled my belongings with great care while efficiently loading everything onto the truck. They also helped deliver a washer and dryer I needed to move to a different location. When we arrived at my new apartment, they worked quickly to unload and arrange all the furniture in the right spots. I was really impressed by how effectively and gently they managed everything, as well as their friendly attitude throughout the process. I also want to mention the great coordination that happened before my move. Overall, I’m grateful to the whole team for making this experience seamless and super easy. I truly appreciate all the effort they put in!

I was pretty jittery about the relocation, it's no exaggeration. I was tasked with transporting retail store fixtures and the schedule was pretty tight. After going through the reviews, I felt quite worried. However, my experience with Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping was entirely different. The technicians who came for the pickup were slightly delayed, but they ensured to inform me well in advance and showed up promptly for the rescheduled slot. They were speedy, skilled, courteous, and most importantly, they handled my items with utmost care. I emphasized the importance of timely arrival as my shop was due to open. They actually arrived 2 days ahead of schedule! The driver was approachable and communicative. The unloading process was quick and all my items arrived in mint condition. I would advise against relying solely on the reviews. As I understand, many of them are from the time when the business had different owners. These guys are really efficient! If I ever need to, I would definitely employ their services again.

“I moved from one place to another like every year, and each time I either rented the car or hired people to help me set up my new household. But every time I was like “eh, ok, could’ve been better” and movers were not showing any interest in helping me at all. !!!!BUT!!!! Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping is something I’ve never seen before. I’m now telling everyone I know to contact them as soon as they need to move out and need help in moving because this company is the best of all! They really do quote you a flat price based on your inventory!”

“I am so glad I selected this company, special thanks to Mary for great customer service. My husband and I haven’t moved out in years, so we accumulated a lot of stuff. Workers of Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping handled all the packing and wrapping tasks and till the last moment they were checking if everything was in the right place. We also had them pick up our van and my Prius, which was a time and money saver! Driving 2 cars cross country didn’t sign too appealing. We are more than happy with their service!”

“I have to say – it was a really really really positive experience! Henry and Jon were such funny guys, I was smiling during entire moving process. At the same time they were very professional and friendly. There was no luck of communications in this company, I called them five times because I kept forgetting the questions and concerns I needed to talk about, but they were very patient. I was not feeling uncomfortable at any moment, and I’m so happy that the most stressing thing – moving – is over. Thank you very much!!”

“The best value for your money – thanks to Flat Price. I needed to do the moving for a very long distance, so I was so nervous about that, you can’t even imagine. I had so much stuff. But these guys are something else, I stopped stressing out when I saw movers, and when they showed how delicate they were with my furniture, I was relieved! I was scared something might happen, as we all are, but they did their job well, and I’d rate them 5+ stars if there was an option!!!”

“Had to transport a classic car to my dad. They gave me good quote and I couldn't say No. The drivers came, picked up the car and delivered it on time. I love flat rates when it comes to things like shipping or transportation. Great experience, very much satisfied!”

“Their rate was really flat! No hidden fees. My car was delivered in 7 days and was in the same condition it was picked-up. Dispatch was constantly in touch with me, so I was not worried about anything. I had a great experience with this company, will definitely recommend it.”
