The entire moving process was much easier than we anticipated thanks to Flat Price Moving and Auto Shipping. After accumulating over 25 years of belongings, we did our best to pack what we could. However, on moving day, we realized there were still many items left to pack. Fortunately, the skilled crew made everything go even smoother than we could have imagined. They wrapped the items we hadn’t packed and added extra protection to several pieces. When the team arrived at our new home, nearly 500 miles away, they efficiently moved our belongings in and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. They reassembled anything that needed to be taken apart for the move, carefully unpacked our most delicate items, cleaned up all the packing materials, and left promptly. The crew was truly exceptional—clean, courteous, hardworking, and professional. We're still unpacking boxes, and we haven’t found anything damaged or scratched. If we ever need to move again, we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

The car arrived as it was supposed to, however the coordination of everything was very frazzled, I prefer to work with one person, the driver, however in this instance I was working with a scheduler, the driver, and his girlfriend… nobody knew what anyone else was doing and the pickup got screwed up.. in the end it was fine though..

Always using this resource for reviews, I found that these guys were a good try for my moving today. Overall the experience was very good. Communication with the transport driver was easy, he spoke fluent English and understood verbal conversation fast. Didn't have to communicate via text))) His estimated delivery time wasn't changed, and to his credit, there was severe weather involved. Upon delivery, the vehicle arrived with no apparent damage. He worked efficiently to unload the vehicle and was done, gone. Off to the next delivery. Thank you!

Sooooo glad this worked out. My first time shipping a car and I was worried about choosing the wrong company. Flat price was awesome!! They explained things a few times so i would fully understand the whole process and my options. They were patient, courteous and the driver was great about getting back to me when I was thinking "dude where's my car" I was thinking this was going to be tricky and the thought of my car getting scratched kept replaying in my head but it arrived in looking pristine!

I'll never forget their crew. They did a great deal of things for me. Movers followed all my instructions especially when it came to my piano. It has a great history and it's too important for me. Fortunately, guys did a great job and saved it. I'm endlessly grateful for that.

They arrived a little bit early. Movers were very professional and they were very quick. I mean those guys were strong. They were picking up everything and putting it away I hardly turned around and it was all gone. Then when they got to the storage place they packed it in quickly and it was just in and out. I was surprised. They were all neatly dressed had their uniforms on. Guys were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We recently moved across the country. Bob and his team moved us out, and Ian, Andrew, and Paul moved us in. Everyone involved did a phenomenal job – they were on-time, navigated the (many) stairs without complaint, and got a huge armorer down from our 3rd floor apartment and up to our new 4th floor apartment. Additionally, Jack was very helpful in coordinating our move. I can't recommend them highly enough.

In addition, they also helped me to get rid of heavy/bulky furniture pieces that I no longer needed. Guys were very patient with me moving around furniture pieces.

I must say the move exceeded my expectations. I thought that it would be about 5 days before my vehicle reached its destination but I must say I was surprised that the same day I signed the paper work I received a call from one of your representatives stating that the vehicle would be picked up the next day between 1-2pm. I received a call from the driver the next morning making sure that I was aware of the time that he would be at my home to pick up the vehicle. He was there at 2pm as promised, loaded the vehicle and told me it would be delivered the next day around 2pm. Again as promised my daughter called me at 1pm to say the car had been delivered. The entire process was professional done and the staff is amazing. For a move that I thought would take 5 days to deliver only took 24 hours. It was refreshing to deal with a company that wasn't full of a bunch of sales hounds. I did what most everyone does when making a decision. I gave my self options. I called a few different places to compare and contrast. I was just gathering info, not trying to book right away. Well all of these places saved my # in their call log and would repeatedly call me daily. Flat price was very relaxed and easy going from the start and never called repeatedly after I said I would get back to them. Because they weren't so eager it gave me the impression that people were already using the service so an extra job for them wouldn't make or break their week. Yup! I booked with them. It was about a 5 day wait period before they could ship my vehicle to south Florida. Vehicle arrived in 3 days after they came and picked it up. It looked as good as new when it arrived. They cleaned it for me too.

They demonstrated expert knowledge in handling items to prevent any damages, and made sure to wrap and pad items as needed. Their efficiency was commendable, finishing the jobs quicker than anticipated both times. The cost of their service was significantly less than estimates provided by other established moving companies, and from past experiences, their workers are of a higher standard. Once the moves were completed, they conducted a thorough walkthrough to ensure our satisfaction, which we indeed were. Not a single item was damaged, and the property was left in pristine condition. They surpassed all our expectations and we would highly recommend their services.

The flat price moving and auto shipping trailer was an excellent option for loading, storing, and delivering our household items during our move. The communication regarding some details could have been clearer. While the information about trailer delivery and locking was included in the package, it could have been explained better. Additionally, it wasn't clearly stated that the trailer would travel over 600 miles through two distribution points to cover just 200 miles to the final destination. It was also nice to know that we could add more items to the trailer if there was extra space when going between distribution points. Although these details weren’t highlighted during the booking process, everything went smoothly as planned. The delivery of the trailer was communicated effectively through various methods, and the distribution and delivery centers were fantastic to work with. The truck drivers were friendly and easy to collaborate with. I would definitely recommend this method and company, but be sure to read the fine print.

I reached out to this moving company, and they managed to assist me the following day. Even when I contacted them a week before my most recent move, they were able to fit me in their schedule. Their pricing is clear and straightforward. They provide you with the hourly rate, minimum hours required, and the travel expenses. If you have additional items that need packing, they can provide boxes, but if everything is already packed, there won't be any material charges. I had a delicate item that they carefully packed in a leftover box from a previous move at no extra cost. I did require a few more boxes, for which I was charged a nominal fee. The two movers they sent were a pleasure to work with. They were not only funny and personable but also professional and proficient in their work. One mover was more experienced and was guiding the other, coaching him in a very professional way, which was nice to see. Upon reaching my new residence in Louis, the movers were very accommodating about where I wanted to place my items. After we finished moving items inside, I let my dogs out, and the movers had to go back in. They were excellent with my dogs, treating them kindly but also not exciting them too much. Whether they were naturally good with dogs or had been trained by the company, I appreciated their demeanor. I've moved several times in the past and used to depend on colleagues and rented trucks. However, it's much more convenient to utilize a professional moving company. While moving yourself might be cheaper, the stress-free experience of having your belongings handled with care and no breakages makes the cost worth it. Arranging the move was a breeze, and the communication was excellent, even during weekends. They were transparent about the costs and advised me that moving on a Monday would be less expensive than a Sunday. If they were only interested in making money, they could have scheduled me for Sunday, but they were honest and suggested I move on Monday to save money. I therefore scheduled for Monday.
